What we store

Deal Renewals stores no CRM record content: your HubSpot portal id, the OAuth tokens, and, for each renewal, the ids of the source and renewal deals with the id of the workflow that ran. Deal names, amounts, line items, contacts and companies are read in memory to build the renewal and are never written to our database.

One personal detail is stored: the email address of the person who installed the app, returned by HubSpot when the connection is authorized. We use it to reach you about the app itself — an outage, a breaking change, the end of early access — and never for anything else. Ask us at the address below and we erase it, along with the private link to your account page.

When you uninstall

HubSpot revokes our access the moment you uninstall, so the tokens stop working right away. HubSpot sends no uninstall notification to apps, so we learn of it the first time a renewal is attempted and the connection is refused — that is when our copy of the tokens is deleted.

A portal that stops running renewals altogether would never reach that moment, so we do not wait for it: after 30 days without a single run, we ask HubSpot whether the connection is still good. If it is not, the tokens are deleted then and there.

Execution history — ids only — is what the monthly quota is counted from, so the record of a renewal we created is kept. Everything else, the traces of skipped and failed runs, is deleted after 90 days.
